Dr. Caroline Saroni
Managing Director
Dr Caroline Saroni is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over 19 years post-admission experience. She is also a Commissioner for Oaths and a Notary Public. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in International Trade and Investments Law from the University of Cologne, Germany and a Masters (LLM) in International Trade and Investments Law in Africa from the University of Western Cape, South Africa. She is a Certified Mediator and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. She has extensive experience in commercial law, conveyancing, Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) and alternative dispute resolution. She has been a lecturer at Strathmore Business School for over thirteen (13) years.
