• Advice on Project Structuring
Advising sponsors and contracting authorities on optimal PPP models; including BOT(Build-Operate-Transfer), BOO(Build-Own-Operate), BOOT (Build-Own-Operate-Transfer) and DBFM(Design-Build-Finance-Operate) and risk analysis, allocation and mitigation.

• Assistance on Procurement & Tender Processes
Supporting procuring authorities and bidders through competitive PPP processes, including preparation and review of prequalification documents, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), bid evaluation support, and contract award.

• Drafting & Negotiation of Project Agreements
Leading the drafting and negotiation of key transaction documents including Project Agreements, Concession Agreements, Implementation Agreements, Shareholders’ Agreements, and Government Support Agreements.

• Acted for Naivasha II Special Economic Zone on PPP project structures, project documents, transaction advisory in connection with the SEZ Sub-Lease Transaction- Kenya.

• Acted for Dongo Kundu Special Economic Zone on PPP project structures, project documents, transaction advisory in connection with the SEZ Sub-Lease Transaction- Kenya.

• Acted for Rivatex East Africa Textile Mill in the full PPP project life cycle and currently providing ongoing legal service.

• Serving as Lead Legal Expert for the World Bank's Somalia ICT programme, architecting Somalia’s digital infrastructure through bankable PPP structures, SPV governance frameworks, legal subsidy mechanisms, and regulatory modernisation – Somalia.

• Advising and delivering specialized legal and PPP transaction advisory services in respect of a USD 2 Billion cross-border energy infrastructure initiative for the Botswana Mupule ‘B’ to Isang substation 400KV transmission line - Botswana.

• Advising Tarita Green Energy Limited on PPP project structures, project documents, transaction advisory and feasibility studies in connection with the Northern Frontier Electricity Highway Project - Kenya.

• Advising Utility Partners One LLP on Legal and Safeguards in connection with Sabaki Water Carrier PPP project - Kenya.
